The Temporal Alchemist

Temporal commonly refers to time, but also relates to worldly affairs. Alchemy refers to transmutation; changing from one form to another. Transmutation allows us to form into something more viable for all the settings we find ourselves in this chaotic life. Presence, breathing, mindful movement, and sound healing are some of the methods I use to find one-pointedness with time. I also believe worldly affairs, or earthly embodiment, is a beautiful self-expressive and playful way to achieve freedom of the mind.

I invite everyone to find truth in feeling, and not become too involved with any stories attached. It is my mission to assist others in enabling the full release of human possibility. I help people remember their innate wisdom and knowledge already present in all of us. The experiences I curate include sensory immersion sound healing meditations, yoga and music instruction, 1:1 mentorship, and embodied movement.

I have been a musician for 22 years, with a Bachelors in Flute Performance at Northern Arizona University, a Masters at Longy School of Music, and a Masters in Somatic Dance/Movement Therapy at Naropa University. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Alliance Certified instructor with further yin and restorative training, through Mudra Yoga Studio. I also love to articulate feelings through writing, dancing ecstatically, conquering mountains, living freely and dynamically, spending quality time, dressing up, going on treasure hunts for food, van parts, hot springs, ancient instruments, and thrifty items! One day, I realized all my interests lead to the same work: to find our true, Authentic selves.

May we live unencumbered by convention, with passion and compassion, and redesign ourselves every day. Most importantly, my work is to help you breathe easier and not take it all too seriously!
